They’re also certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and an insured member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
Aimee’s style is therapeutic and corrective, specializing in trigger-point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and deep-tissue massage. Thia Sleszynski has been a healer her whole life, following in the footsteps of her mother—an osteopathic physician—from a young age. In addition to her 500 hour massage therapy license, she has taken coursework in nursing and pre-med, and has studied human anatomy and physiology, among other subjects. Thia uses her unique background—which includes certifications in acupressure and tai-shiatsu style massage, and experience in chiropractic and Chinese medicine—to determine treatments for each client. Her modalities are most beneficial to people struggling with chronic pain, scoliosis, nerve damage, and herniated discs.
Thia focuses on providing a holistic experience, addressing each client’s mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. As you continue treatment with Thia, you will feel your body unwind. With each compensation imbalance corrected, your system will integrate into alignment as well as gain the ability to maintain it.
Jessica’s intuitive, healing hands have been helping people for over 20 years. In 2007, she attended massage school and began her professional career as a Massage Therapist, best known for her integrated relaxation techniques and deep tissue massage. While practicing massage, Jessica became increasingly interested in the transportive healing powers of aromatherapy. She began mixing her own aromatherapy oils and sprays for use with clients, and from these experiences, Lilac Moon Apothecary was born.
In 2018, Jessica became certified in cupping therapy, and has been using it with clients ever since. She continues to receive positive feedback from each session, and is so grateful for the ability to share these ancient healing arts with you.
Jasmine Hyde received her Massage Therapy Certification and License in 2018 through WellSpring School of Allied Health. Soon after, she traveled to Costa Rica to receive her 200 HR Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification from Passion Yoga School.
Jasmine passionately believes Massage Therapy and Yoga go hand in hand. She looks at the role Massage Therapy has given her in helping others realize the power and importance of self care, and the role Yoga plays in putting the power of that self care in your own hands.
Stana Rose graduated with her Associates of Occupational Studies degree from Wellspring School of Allied Health with an Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and a 4.0 GPA. She is certified by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards and is an insured member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Stana enjoys learning and exploring all styles of massage but predominantly practices deep tissue blended with movement and stretching. These methods can help release stagnant fluid in the joints as well as holding patterns in the muscles and can ease tension brought on by past traumas. She enjoys seeing clients regain freedom in their movement and looks forward to sharing this joy with others.
